BEHAVIOR COACHING/MENTORING SERVICES

Functions as a dynamic part of crisis intervention for youth and families in crisis.  Services include continuous client care, interaction and role modeling for individuals of every age that have problems regarding their mental and or physical health.  ISPs are created, implemented and clinically reviewed by consumer's managment team.

 

RESPITE/BEHAVIORAL HABILITATION

Programs designed to give the contracted consumers and their respective caretakers support, relief and recreational activities to enjoy.

 

 

FAMILY RESOURCE SPECIALIST

Providing resource information, crisis case managment and positive behavior family support.
